So basically, I am here to post about the recent Adventure Challenge (for the selected Sec 1s) and the not so recent 1 Star Kayaking Course (for the selected Sec 2s)...
So 1stly I will post a few photos on the 1 Star Kayaking Course by the Sec 2s (selected few only)... =)
So after an exhausting 2-day course, they are finally 1-Star Kayakers... Very hungry 1-Star Kayakers... Haha...
Next up, a few photos of our Sec 1s in action... Their debut on this blog probably... Haha...
Already they look like they are ready for their Sec 2 Adventure Training Camp... Haha... Little professional rock-climbers... =D
So that is all for now... Not many photos to upload... Looking forward to our upcoming events though... You can expect quite a few events... For the Sec 1s especially... =)

Newly passed out NCOs, newly posted in CLTs & recently posted out CLTs...
A very good morning to everyone...
As many of you know, the Sec 3s have recently gone through their 3-day NCO Course... Although it was only 3 days, they were taught a lot of skills necessary of an NCO... They were taught leadership skills, time management skills & many personal skills to further develop their character as a professional NCO & a person as a whole...
I would like to also thank my 8 Sec 4s who volunteered their time to come down for the camp to help train & mould our leaders...
Next on my list, P/CLT Alif, P/CLT Aishah & P/CLT Syikin would be joining me this year to help me in training ADSS NCDCC and bringing it to greater heights...
As many of you know, the CLTs are representatives from NCDCC HQ sent to schools to assist in Unit trainings... Therefore, to help the younger Units, a few CLTs from older Units would be sent over to help train these units as well... For this reason, 2 of our former CLTs were posted out from our Unit to Christ Church NCDCC Unit to assist with building up the new Unit... They are, CLT Muhammad Shafiq & P/CLT Endra Wirjaya... Eventhough they are no longer with us, the respect you have for them should be the same that you have for any other CLT...
Lastly I would like say thanks to CLT Muhammad Shafiq for assisting me for the past 1 year... It would have been very difficult handling a Unit alone... I am sure you will train up your new Unit just fine and it will soon be just as good as CHRSS NCDCC's 2 neighbours...
With that, I end my post... Reminder for my Sec 3 NCOs, do not stop improving yourself now... Your leadership training is far from over... Leadership is something you must practice to perfect...

CLT Suhairi Roslan

NCO Course 2010 for ALL Sec 3 cadets
Hello... An announcement for my Sec 3s...
Guys, the NCO Course you have been hearing about is finally around the corner... Course will start on Friday, 29th January and attire will be Full Uniform... During course, you can expect things to be tough and I will be very very strict... The skills that will be introduced however, will be very useful for your life as an NCO... It will also come in handy for those who will go further and become SNCOs & CLTs...
You can expect long lectures, a lot of planning and a lot of critical thinking as you undergo training... We officers will also be looking out for potential SNCOs during this course... A tip, endure and you will do just fine... To be someone, you need to work for it...
So good luck and see you at course next week...
NOTE: CCA is a part of your curriculum... Just like if you skip class, skipping CCA is an act of truancy... Truancy may lead to serious disciplinary actions like caning... Please do not take the Officer's kindness for granted... Therefore, ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY...

Blog issues...
Hey guys,
Like I posted earlier this year, this blog is OPEN for anyone in ADSS NCDCC to post... All you need to do is make YOUR OWN blogger account and SMS/email ONE of the Admins of this blog, the email address that you used to create YOUR blogger account... In the email, you should also include your rank, full name and which level you are currently in(Sec1, 2, 3, 4 or 5)...
When posting, there are a few rules that must be strictly adhered to... All words are to be typed in proper spelling(eg. "for" and not "4")... All posts MUST be in ENGLISH... Cadets should also observe basic discipline when posting, like addressing Officers as SIR or MAAM... This SHOULD NOT be a platform to settle disagreements as this is an official blog under the Unit's name... Any misconduct will cost the Unit our image and we will lose respect from others in the process... You are, however, allowed to write in an informal tone and don't have to be too serious...
I hope more cadets will take up this opportunity to voice out the good points they have observed in our events, camps and even weekly trainings... From the positive feedback, we will all be able to constantly learn new things every week...
I will be expecting emails and SMSes to come in soon...
PS: You can obtain the Officer's personal numbers from your CSM or ASM...

5th CLT Course ATC and Final X modules
Hello hello...
Like our officers who have successfully gone through and completed their Officer Basic Course, we also have a few former cadets of ADSS NCDCC currently undergoing their Cadet Lieutenant Course to graduate as a Cadet Officer like myself, a CLT... Their course concludes this Thursday with their Passing Out Ceremony at NCDCC HQ, HTA... Though we cannot all be there for them during their POC, you can show your support for them in the upcoming activities that we have planned for you...
I did not have time to update about the ATC last week... So I will update today, about the ATC and Final X activities, 2 of the many parts of the prestigious CLT Course...
