NCO Course 2010 for ALL Sec 3 cadets

Hello... An announcement for my Sec 3s...

Guys, the NCO Course you have been hearing about is finally around the corner... Course will start on Friday, 29th January and attire will be Full Uniform... During course, you can expect things to be tough and I will be very very strict... The skills that will be introduced however, will be very useful for your life as an NCO... It will also come in handy for those who will go further and become SNCOs & CLTs...

You can expect long lectures, a lot of planning and a lot of critical thinking as you undergo training... We officers will also be looking out for potential SNCOs during this course... A tip, endure and you will do just fine... To be someone, you need to work for it...

So good luck and see you at course next week...

NOTE: CCA is a part of your curriculum... Just like if you skip class, skipping CCA is an act of truancy... Truancy may lead to serious disciplinary actions like caning... Please do not take the Officer's kindness for granted... Therefore, ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY...

Your Sir,
CLT Suhairi Roslan

Blog issues...

Hey guys,

Like I posted earlier this year, this blog is OPEN for anyone in ADSS NCDCC to post... All you need to do is make YOUR OWN blogger account and SMS/email ONE of the Admins of this blog, the email address that you used to create YOUR blogger account... In the email, you should also include your rank, full name and which level you are currently in(Sec1, 2, 3, 4 or 5)...

When posting, there are a few rules that must be strictly adhered to... All words are to be typed in proper spelling(eg. "for" and not "4")... All posts MUST be in ENGLISH... Cadets should also observe basic discipline when posting, like addressing Officers as SIR or MAAM... This SHOULD NOT be a platform to settle disagreements as this is an official blog under the Unit's name... Any misconduct will cost the Unit our image and we will lose respect from others in the process... You are, however, allowed to write in an informal tone and don't have to be too serious...

I hope more cadets will take up this opportunity to voice out the good points they have observed in our events, camps and even weekly trainings... From the positive feedback, we will all be able to constantly learn new things every week...

I will be expecting emails and SMSes to come in soon...

PS: You can obtain the Officer's personal numbers from your CSM or ASM...

Your Sir,
CLT Suhairi Roslan
