Training resumes...

Hello guys...

It has been a long time since we had any training... My brain's starting to rot already... Anyway, as many of you have read in the newspapers, CCAs will resume next week... BUT!!! In light of recent events in your school, (yes, H1N1 related) CCAs will NOT resume in ADSS IF and ONLY IF the situation worsens... However, should the situation improve, we will have our trainings resuming next week... Which brings me to my next point...

Sec 3 SNCOs, the final SNCO preparation training will be on Wednesday, 22th July... Be reminded that this final training is crucial and decides whether I will persuade the Teacher Officers to give you further promotions... Always keep in mind that your promotion to Staff Sergeant is very close... You need to prove to us Officers that you deserve them... Should you have any doubts about ANYTHING, feel free to contact me...

For the rest of the Unit, it has been observed that your discipline in Unit is good, however, when you are outside, you start to loosen up and at times, make a nuisance of yourself... Please refrain from doing so... Remember that everyone is watching you and that you are very easily identified in your uniform... Wherever you go, you represent ADSS and you represent NCDCC... Your behaviour will reflect the School and the Unit...

Last but not the least, should training resume on Friday, I hope I will see an improvement in everyone's attire... Every squad should standardise your attire... Especially when in Half-U or PT-Kit... Decide beforehand on what t-shirt to wear with your Half-U or PT-Kit and make sure everyone wears that t-shirt... I want to see more unity in our Unit...
